Voices In His Head

When he was 9 years old he heard the Lord’s voice in his dream. Right after this his family
experienced a miracle of God in regarding his mother. At the age of 17 he heard the Lord’s voice again in his dream. Later at the age of 18 he decided to explain these experiences to a Christian friend and to start attending a church.

However, this did not last long. With confusion regarding the various denominations, he started changing churches often, then he completely stopped going to church. Over time he fell into depression and thoughts of suicide always flooded his mind. He then decided to go back to the church he had started at.

For the last 3 months he has been attending this church and has tried to explain to the elders
his experiences. However, he feels like he is not being understood . During these same 3 months he had been listening to one of our radios and he is very pleased with it. He shared how Petra Media Group has been effectively working in his life. He asked our team for help and we have
directed him to a brother who can listen and be a spiritual counselor for him. After Petra’s team initially directed him to this brother for help through prayer and conversation, they then decided to meet up with him in person to get to know him more.

Our team wanted to learn where he was at spiritually. As they talked, this man thanked our team sharing how much he appreciated their work. Petra’s team member’s care has been a great help and he rejoice that there is someone like Petra Media Group to walk with him in overcoming his depression period.
